Microsoft Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS) is the underpinning of most Windows backup programs. It is also what is underneath Volume Shadow Copy which is found in Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Windows Server 2003 and higher operating systems. This is where you can undelete by selecting the previous version of a file or folder.
Internet Explorer 9 64-bit isn’t supported by GroupWise 8 Web Access. Instead use Chrome or Firefox. GroupWise 2012 will support Internet Explorer 9 64-bit.
