Internet Explorer Cookie Change

There has been an interesting security change to Internet Explorer with cookies.  A recent Internet Explorer 9 update improves security, but can confuse the ability to  identify which cookies are good vs. bad.

The update changes the way cookie files are named by randomizing the names as a security measure so that web site can't store content in predictable locations.   This article provides an explanation.
