The issue between Apple iPhones and iPads running IOS 6.1 and Microsoft Exchange 2010 has been narrowed down even further.  It apparently specifically involves accepting or working with a “recurring” calendar appointment such as “every Monday at 9am” type appointments via the Apple mobile device.
