13,753 Gov’t Requests for Google E-Mail Data In 2012, Most Without a Warrant

I say this over and over.  If you use any Google on-line product the government can ask for access to your information WITHOUT A WARRANT AND WITHOUT PROBABLE CAUSE. And it is not just Google. Anything on-line is equally exposed. This is perfectly legal because a law passed in 1986 governs on-line information - despite those lawmakers never envisioning the Internet.
