This summer flew by, and my summer vacation seems like a distant memory. In my 44 years of helping schools open for the new school year, this one was different.
Several districts suspended all major work the last week of August.
This was a summer of busy projects. Unlike many recent summers, we had pretty good product availability. When I first thought about this, it seemed kind of weird.
However, the more I thought about it, the more it made sense.
What you do is vital in supporting teaching and learning and the back-end operations in your district. It has to work on the first and last days of school. Stability is a wonderful thing.
The CSI team takes great pride in helping you achieve a stable, robust, and secure network that will help your district function well and allow teachers to teach and students to learn.
The 2024-2025 school year is especially exciting for me because, as great as our staff and services are, we enter this year with an increased depth in technical resources, new and expanded services, and a substantial increase in product offerings.
Behind the scenes, a bunch of us are working to reimagine some of our offerings, adapting to the ever-changing threat landscape and what is now possible with new technologies.
As Gabe likes to say, “It is going to be fun!”
I wholeheartedly agree.
It is our privilege to work with you. We are humbled by the trust you put in the CSI team to keep you sane and your networks operational each day.
Looking forward, please come to our first “in-person” Tech Talk of the year on Wednesday, October 30th. Also, please plan on attending our 9th annual Cybersecurity event in person on Wednesday, December 4th. Reach out to Lisa to register and for all the details.
I wish you a great school year on behalf of Gabe, Bob, Lisa, Chris, Christina, and the rest of the CSI team!
Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help you be more successful in your responsibilities.
