Novell was bought again – How things have changed

I was reading my emails the other day and I came across an email annoucing that it had been one year since Micro Focus bought Novell (Attachment). That gave me great pause as I had no idea that Novell (Attachment) was sold again!
This is a far cry from the late 80s when Bob, MaryLynn, and I were down at Spring COMDEX in Atlanta listening in on a Novell meeting with the CEO. We were trying to ascertain whether this new PC networking phenomena was really viable and would kill off the IBM System/36 and IBM AS/400 business that we participated in or whether it would be XENIX which was a UNIX derative that many vertical specific applications were running on.

Update to enable WSUS support for Windows 10 feature upgrades

This hotfix enables Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) on a Windows Server 2012-based or a Windows Server 2012 R2-based server to sync and distribute feature upgrades for Windows 10. This hotfix is not required to enable WSUS to sync and distribute servicing updates for Windows 10.
