It looks like Microsoft is going to get more aggressive about upgrading Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 users to Windows 10 - even if they didn't directly request the update. The attached article references that Microsoft will start listing Windows 10 as an "Optional" update in Microsoft Updates. Then they will change the designation to a "Recommended" update. This means that consumers and small businesses which merely run Windows Updates in automatic mode are much more likely to wake up one day and find their machines have been upgraded to Windows 10.
